Your facility should be able to access the site within five business days after the contract is signed. The Client Services department will contact your administrative user (whom we refer to as a "super user") to initiate the account and set up user names and passwords for the daily users. As soon as daily users are set up, they may begin using the products. The products are simple enough to use without training. However, we encourage all users to undergo at least initial training with our Client Service package. This includes:
All training sessions are scheduled during the first 45 days following contract signing, but can be conducted any time during the subscription period. Additional hospital-specific user training sessions onsite or via the Internet are available for a nominal fee. |
