Accuro Client Services

Accuro wants to make sure your facility gets the most from our products. To this end, our Client Services team offers a comprehensive educational program designed to:

  • Coach your organization's "super users" on the product's administrative functions.
  • Teach daily users on how to best use Accuro products.
  • Let all users know about the availability of ongoing training and support.

Your facility should be able to access the site within five business days after the contract is signed. The Client Services department will contact your administrative user (whom we refer to as a "super user") to initiate the account and set up user names and passwords for the daily users. As soon as daily users are set up, they may begin using the products. The products are simple enough to use without training. However, we encourage all users to undergo at least initial training with our Client Service package. This includes:

  • Initialization of account.
  • One training session for the super users. In addition to learning how to use the product(s), this session shows how to manage the simple administrative functions within the Accuro product modules.
  • Two training sessions on the product module(s) for the daily users. Each session is approximately two hours and includes step-by-step instruction.
  • Weekly user group training sessions that all hospital clients are invited to attend. These are step-by-step training sessions to be attended by new users or those requiring additional instructions. Monthly enhancements and changes to the site will also be presented. These sessions last approximately two hours, based on attendee interaction.
  • A personal account manager who is accessible during regular business hours, Pacific Time, and call-backs provided within 24 hours.
  • Ongoing client and technical support from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time.
  • Printable online training materials.

All training sessions are scheduled during the first 45 days following contract signing, but can be conducted any time during the subscription period. Additional hospital-specific user training sessions onsite or via the Internet are available for a nominal fee.
